Robby Bryant's Bio

As an owner and agency principal, Robby Bryant is focused on the daily operations of the agency and committed to offering clients solutions in our challenging Florida insurance market.

Robby has both captive and independent insurance experiences and strong relationships within the industry to meet any client needs, small or large. Robby has always focused on the client: “This business is still all about relationships no matter how much technology takes over, and I will always be available when my clients need me. There is no 9-5 in this business; all of my clients always know how to reach me”.

Robby received his licensure from the Florida Department of Insurance for 2-15 Life & Health and 2-20 General Lines in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Robby is a six-year United States Air Force veteran, graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technical Operations, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warner University in 2010.

Jamie Smith's Bio

As an owner and agency principal, Jamie Smith is dedicated to ensuring her clients, and the agency, are protected and guided through all challenges life brings.

Jamie has been in the insurance business over 20 years working in both captive and independent environments. Having held many roles in agencies over the last two decades, her experience is vast and relationships with clients is her top priority: “The trust my clients have in me is my most valuable professional asset. These are hard-working people who deserve for someone to work hard for them; that’s why I’m here.”

Jamie received her licensure from the Florida Department of Insurance in 2004 in both 2-20 General Lines and 2-15 Life & Health. She has since gone on to earn the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2014, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Andrews University in 2015, and a Master of Science in Risk Management & Insurance (MS-RMI) from Florida State University in 2018.

Raelyn Payne's Bio

Raelyn Payne oversees the Administration Department and works as a producing agent.

Raelyn has been in the insurance business since 1997 and has gained invaluable knowledge and experience by working in service, production, managerial and administrative capacities. Her dedication to helping clients is admirable and the loyalty her clients exhibit toward her is proof of their appreciation. “Being a small business owner myself, I know how overwhelming certain aspects of business ownership can be. My goal is to be the person my clients and employees know they can count on to help them make informed decisions and ease their worries.”

Raelyn received her licensure from the Florida Department of Insurance for 2-15 Life & Health and 2-20 General Lines in 2001 and 2005, respectively. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Keiser University which she earned in 2011.
